Ghosthorses 5 was a previous incarnation of this portfolio website, designed and developed around Christmas 2010 and released early 2011 to coincide with my venture into Freelance-dom.

As with every iteration of my portfolio redesign, I wanted to experiment with the latest technologies available in a bid to spice up the look and feel of the website as well as improve the user experience and allow the content to be as accessible as possible.

Notable featured include:

CSS3 transitions / animations, @font-face, jQuery plugins and features, fixed and non-fixed elements, a ‘customisable’ background, better integration of social feeds and more.

The website seemed to be well received by many people, featuring in numerous online CSS galleries including the awwwards.com ‘Site of the Day‘ as well as making an appearance offline in .Net Magazine CSS websites feature.
